By accessing or using DevUsta Tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use our tools. By using DevUsta Tools, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Zero-Network & Local-First Processing

DevUsta Tools operates as a local-first workstation. All files, documents, and inputs processed inside our tools (e.g. video transcoding, PDF merging, JWT decoding) are handled 100% locally in your browser memory via WebAssembly (Wasm). We do not transmit your files or private data to any server.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DevUsta Tools for any illegal purposes or to process files that violate third-party copyright, distribute malware, or perform illegal cracking activities. You are solely responsible for the content you process.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

DevUsta Tools is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your exact requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall DevUsta Tools, its creators, or partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the tools.
